  Welcome to a new lesson and a new unit! We're goingo to begin this lesson by watching a video: How is this video connected with the new unit? Let's find out... 1- Read about Gareth Malone's Extraordinary School for Boys, then listen to part 1 of a radio programme about the experiment and answer the questions: GARETH MALONE (audio) 1- How long did Gareth have to teach the boys? 2- What was his aim? 3- What three things did he believe were important? 2- Listen to part 2 and complete the chart: PART 2 (audio) 3- Listen to part 3 to find out what the result of the experiment was.   Welcome to a new season and a new lesson! Last zoom class we were talking about appearances and how we sometimes tend to jugde by them. Let's see what happened to this woman... Why do you think some people in the audience were laughing? What was the judges' first impression on her? Go to pages 60 and 61 in the SB. 1- Read the article and choose the best summary: 1- We now realize that it is wrong to judge people by their appearance. 2- Judging people by appearence can be useful, and is often right. 3- If you try to judge people by their appearance, you will usually be wrong about them. 2- Read the article and mark the sentences T (true) or F (false): 3- Find a word or phrase in the article for the definitions: 4- If we look at these pictures we can make some judgements or deductions.
