Welcome to our 15th lesson! Today we're going to continue talking about stereotypes.
Let's go to page 30 in the SB.
1- Read the beginning of an article about a book. Why did Neil Sinclair write it? In what way is it different from other books about bringing up (educar) children?
2- Listen to two men talking in the park about the book and mark the sentences T (True) or F (False). Correct the wrong information.
3- Listen to someone talking about men and women and complete the gaps.

4- Now let's work with vocabulary. We're going to learn about dependent prepositions. What are they? They refer to prepositions which usually go right after certain verbs or adjectives to mean something in particular. If you use the same verb or adjective with a different preposition, the meaning is completely different. Watch this video to learn some dependent prepositions:
Of course this video doesn't show all the dependent prepostions that exist, so, whenever you have any doubt, it is a great idea to use a monolingual dictionary (English- English).
But, just for now, study this:

2- Read the following statements and agree or disagree with one or some of them. Are they TRUE or are they STEREOTYPES? Write a paragraph of about 70 words or more.

This book is different to other books because it is written like a military training manual, with very precise instructions and it includes diagrams.
